By registering for this course, the student and the student's employer agree that My New Enterprise LLC shall not be held liable for any type of loss or damage arising from this course. 7. Honor Code & Anti-Fraud Statement
My New Enterprise LLC trusts in the integrity of the student. By enrolling, the student agrees that:
They alone will take the exams and complete exercises.
They will not distribute or share exam questions or answers.
Any fraud may result in the loss of online credits and the potential revocation of licenses, subject to state regulations.
State of Georgia Fraud Statement: I am aware that I may be subject to penalties if I have made any misrepresentation of facts knowing that such statement is false for the purpose of defrauding or deceiving for the benefit of myself or anyone else. I am aware also that this voluntary agreement may make me subject to a penalty under the provisions of the Georgia Structural Pest Control Act.
8. SMS Communications Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS communications from My New Enterprise LLC regarding course reminders, account notifications, and updates.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
